Our bed & breakfast is a unique experience. Come and relax on over a thousand square feet of porches, in a rural setting, surrounded by the Manistee National Forest. Directly across the country road is Heitman Lake; small, quiet and great for fishing in all seasons.
A full breakfast is served in the formal dining area with a splendid view of the great outdoors. After breakfast you can “walk it off” on the ten acre grounds or take a leisurely stroll to the lake. Then you can relax on the porch and decide what you will do with the rest of your day; Go fishing, visit Lake Michigan beaches, golf, canoe, biking, hiking, shopping or just stay put, relax and absorb the sounds of nature.
The Rothbury B&B has; · Two large common areas and a formal dining room. · An honest to goodness real "Bijou" style theater. · Three guest rooms; The Avian, The Vetra and the ExCalibur. Each guest room is on a different level of the B&B to enhance your pivacy and relaxation.
There are also special events at the B&B; like campfires, movies and popcorn in the theater and foos-ball in the game room.

(inside kitty) and our outside dog; Deogie, who loves everybody. Sorry, no pets.
Smoking is restricted to outside the B&B for the comfort of all our guests.
